As founder and Managing Director of Bode property, Jarrad is actively involved in all aspects of property acquisition, design, delivery and asset management.

Jarrad boasts a wealth of commercial and residential property experience, including significant leadership roles as Managing Director of Urban Scope Property and General Manager of Developments at Blackburne. This invaluable experience culminated in the delivery of a number of major projects in excess of $800 million, including more than 1,100 apartments and 10,000 square metres of commercial space.

Brad boasts over 20 years experience within the property industry and oversees all sales and marketing activity at Bode property. He is also actively involved in market research, property acquisition and project design.

Brad’s previous experience as the State Manager of REA Group, Sales Manager for Mirvac and Director of Sales and Marketing at Blackburne ensures he is consistently able to exceed customer expectations. He abides by the Bode philosophy of enhancing lifestyles within established locations, adding significant value to development opportunities.
