The team behind Bode are two of Perth’s most experienced built-form professionals, Jarrad Sizer and Brad Kelly, who have a proud reputation for successfully delivering premium residential and commercial buildings.

As founder and Managing Director of Bode, Jarrad is actively involved in all aspects of property acquisition, planning, design, project finance, delivery and asset management.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Perth property industry, Jarrad has successfully delivered a number of major projects in excess of $850 million. This includes more than 1,100 apartments and 20,000 square metres of retail/commercial space.

Brad has worked with in the property industry since 2001 and oversees all sales and marketing activity at Bode. He is also actively involved in market research, property acquisition and project design.
Brad’s previous experience was gained through senior executive roles at some of Australia’s most recognised public and private property groups including REA, Mirvac, Satterley, Ray White and Blackburne. He abides by the Bode philosophy of enhancing lifestyles within established locations, adding significant value to development opportunities.
